Thanks for the new things you have exposed in your writing. One thing I’d like to reply to is that FSBO associations are built after some time. By launching yourself to the owners the first few days their FSBO will be announced, before the masses get started calling on Thursday, you generate a good network. By sending them tools, educational elements, free records, and forms, you become a great ally. By using a personal interest in them in addition to their predicament, you create a solid relationship that, on most occasions, pays off as soon as the owners opt with an agent they know as well as trust — preferably you.
