【Long green pepper scallion pancake】

Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients:
1) 3 long green peppers (140g);
2) 2 extra large egg;
3) 1 green onions, finely chopped;
4) 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/6 tsp finely ground white pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil,
5) 1/2 cup all purpose flour (80 g);
6) 6 tbsp water (105g);
7) 2×2 tbspavacoda oil.
Directions:
1: Remove seeds of long green pepper, rinse and drain (Picture 1). Slice green pepper finely and place them in a container, add chopped green onion, two eggs and all ingredients in Ingredient 4)(Picture 2), mix well.
2: Add ½ flour and Ingredient 6) and beat well with a fork (Picture 3). Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 2 tbsp oil to the flat bottom inner pot. Add 1/2 batter and smooth out evenly (Picture 4), close the lid, press Function to select Panfry function, program starts.

3: When the program ends, open the lid, turn over the pancake (Picture 5), close the lid. Press Function to select PanFry again, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease to 2.5 minute.
4: When the program ends, open the lid, transfer cooked pancake to a serving plate and serve immediately. Repeat for the second portion, but cook first side for 3 minutes and second side for 2.5 minutes, since the pot is very hot by now.
