【酱爆苦瓜】

用料:
1：里脊肉1块（120克），生粉1/2茶匙，盐1/4茶匙，水1.5茶匙；
2：苦瓜2条（400克）
3：牛油果油2大匙，辣豆瓣酱2大匙，甜面酱1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
4： 头抽酱油 1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙，红糖1/4茶匙；
5：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁，放入所有剩余1料，用手抓捏2-3分钟（图1），静置10分钟。苦瓜削去皮洗净，中间切开，用小勺将里面的心挖掉挖干净（图2）。横切细条待用（图3）。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热后，放入1大匙油，1大匙豆瓣酱及肉丁（图4）. 盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stirfry，3秒后程序自动进行，再按-键减少时间到2分钟，程序自动进行。程序结束盛出肉丁待用。
3、锅里再加1大匙油，放入葱花，蒜蓉，辣豆瓣酱，及甜面酱（图5），倒入苦瓜丁（图6）。盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry程序。
4、程序结束后，打开锅盖（图7），放入超好的肉丁及5料，再盖上锅盖，选Toss键。
5、程序结束后，盛出炒好的苦瓜就可以上桌了。
