【AirGo- Baked giant grenadier steak】

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 720g frozen giant grenadier steak;
2) 1 green onion chopped, 5g ginger freshly dice and 4 cloves of garlic minced;
3) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee chill black bean sauce, 1.5tbsp Lee Kum Kee Korean BBQ sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp lakanto sugar;
4) 2 tsp olive oil;
5) a large piece parchment paper.
Directions:
1: Day ahead, defrost the giant grenadier steak in a fridge. Rinse giant grenadier steak and cut each into 4 equal portions (Picture 1) and add them to a bowl. Remove roots of green onion, rinse and chop, slice the ginger and mince garlic, then add to the bowl. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3 (Picture 2) mix well, let it stand for 20 minutes.
2. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 415F and time to 8 min. press “start”” to initiate the program. Spread 2 tsp olive oil evenly on the parchment paper and place the marinated fish on the center (Picture 3).

3: After preheat, open the lid, carefully place the fish along with the parchment paper in the pot (Picture 4). Close the lid, and let the program to finish.
4: When the program finishes, open the lid take out cooked fish steak and serve warm.
