【AirGo- Baked Organic Chicken Breast】

Serves: 5 servings
Ingredients:
1) 525g organic chicken breast;
2) 1 tbsp sweet flour paste, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee chill bean sauce, 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce;
3) 1/2 tsp sesame oil;
4) 2 tsp olive oilor other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
Others: 1 large piece parchment paper.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken breast with water and drain. Remove white membrane from chicken breast and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Massage the chicken meat for a minute to tenderize them. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2), mix well (Picture 1) and set aside for 20 min.
2: Arrange chicken pieces on the parchment paper (Picture 2).

3: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 7 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, and place chicken pieces along with the parchment paper inside the pan. Add 2 tsp olive oil and chopped green onion over the chicken pieces evenly, close the lid and let the program continue (Picture 5).
4: When the program ends, open the lid, and transfer them to a serving plate and serve warm.
