【AirGo-Bean curd in chili sauce】

Serves: 3 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package bean curd 330g;
2) 1.5 tsp olive oil or other cooking oil,;
3) 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onions, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 piece preserved hot beancurd, 1tbsp Chiese chopped pickled chili, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 2 tsp light soy sauce, ½ tsp monk fruit sugar, chicken broth mix (optional), 1/3 cup water;
4) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse bean curd (Picture 1) with cold water, then cut in half and in half again then slice into 5 mm thick pieces (Picture 2).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker (line with parchment paper, optional), arrange beancurd evenly, and brush with 1.5 tsp oil (Picture 3), close the lid. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 10 min. press “start” to initiate the program.

3: After cooking about 6 minutes (or upon beeping), open the lid and turn over the beancurd (Picture 4), close the lid and let the program to finish.
4: When the program ends, open the lid, remove the parchment paper, add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 5-6). Stir a few times, close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: Stir occasionally during the cooking, when the program complete, add ½ tsp sesame oil and mix well. Transfer cooked beancurd to a serving plate and serve warm.
