Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 medium size Daikon 530g, 1 tsp salt;
2) 2 green onions, 1 Chinese sausage;
3) 1 large egg;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, 1/6 tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn, 1/4 tsp salt;
5) 4 tbsp whole wheat flour;
6) 2 tbsp olive oil.
Directions:
1: Peel the daikon, rinse then shred it finely (Picture 1). Place the shredded daikon in a bowl and sprinkle 1 tsp salt. Mix well and let it stand for 20 minutes (Picture 2). Mince the Chinese sausage (Picture 3). Remove roots of the green onions, rinse with water and then chop finely.
2: Squeeze and remove excess water from shredded daikon, place in a bowl, add minced Chinese sausage, egg and all ingredients of Ingredient 4)-5) (Picture 4), and mix well set aside (Picture 5)

3. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, Use “Function” to select the “Crepe/Naan” program, set temperature to 400F and time to 20 min. press “start”” to initiate the program. Spread 2 tbsp olive oil evenly in the pan. Take about 4 tbsp daikon batter, form a ball and press to a disc and then place in the pan, repeat for the rest of the daikon batter (Picture 6). Close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When program progressed about 6-7 minutes left, open the lid and turn over the pancakes, close the lid, and let the program continue. When the program finishes, open the lid take out cooked daikon pancake and serve warm.
