用豆浆机做【黑芝麻糊】

上次用九阳豆浆机DJ13U-D08SG,做核桃酪,非常受欢迎。家里买了一大包烤熟的黑芝麻,就做了这个黑芝麻糊,很是香滑。

1:熟芝麻1杯(110克);
2:圆糯米1/2杯(100克);
3:大蜜枣 5个 (105克);
4:水3.5杯(840克);
5:蜂蜜3-4大匙。
做法:
1、糯米洗净用4料里的一杯水泡2小时(图1),熟黑芝麻(图2)放入一塑料袋里封口,用擀面杖将芝麻碾碎(图3)。蜜枣我买的是这种(图4),将里面的核去掉(图5)。
2、将泡好的米连水,碾碎的黑芝麻和去核蜜枣都放入豆浆机里。。

3、加盖按下选择键(Select),选米糊键(Rice paste),启动程序(图6)。整个过程大约25分钟。等黑芝麻糊磨好煮好后(听到鸣叫声),拔掉电源,打开盖子。
4、黑芝麻糊分装到4个小碗里,想吃比较甜的加1大匙蜂蜜拌匀,就可以食用了,注意不要烫到。细腻、柔滑,香甜非常好吃
心得分享:
1:我用蜜枣已经够甜,如果想吃更甜点朋友可以加些蜂蜜。
2:如果家里没有蜜枣,可以不放,但糖要加些。
