【Braised chicken and Chinese yam in soy sauce】
by MaomaoMom
My husband and my son Maomao recently visited China and they bought 5 year old Hongzao or Anka sauce (fermented sweet rice with red yeast rice). The colour is deep red and it smells so good. I made this chicken dish using some of the hongzao. MaomaoDad and Maomao enjoyed this dish a lot!

Thanks for another informative web site. The place else may just I get that type of information written in such a perfect way? I have a undertaking that I’m just now operating on, and I’ve been at the glance out for such information.
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
