Great article. It is rather unfortunate that over the last ten years, the travel industry has had to handle terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, influenza, swine flu, as well as first ever true global economic downturn. Through everthing the industry has proven to be effective, resilient as well as dynamic, discovering new tips on how to deal with difficulty. There are constantly fresh difficulties and the opportunity to which the industry must all over again adapt and reply.
