吃了还想吃的【香辣凉拌意面】

做这个凉面用中国的面或意面都行,我这次偷懒不想自己擀面条,用意大利面来做个香辣凉拌意面,味道绝对好,带去爬梯或野餐都很棒。

1:意大利面条400克
2:盐1茶匙,油1茶匙;
调味汁:
3:橄榄油1大匙,葱花2大匙,姜蓉1茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙,花椒粉1/2茶匙;
4:辣油 1大匙,香油 1大匙;
5:盐1/2茶匙,生抽酱油 1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,醋1大匙,糖1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,老干妈香辣酱或蒜蓉辣椒王1大匙;
其他;
6:油炸花生1/4杯,葱花或香菜2大匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、大号锅里放大半锅水,放入2料,开大火将水煮开。放入意面(图1)再煮滚,调中小火煮10左右分钟至断生,意面沥水。
3、趁煮面的空档,不粘锅置炉上开小火,橄榄油1大匙,炒香剩余3料(图2)待用,大约1分钟。

4、煮好的意面沥水后,放一大盆里,加4料的油拌匀(图3),然后放入炒香的葱,姜,蒜(图4)。将所有5料放入拌匀。
5、将6料里的花生放入一塑料袋里(图5),用擀面杖敲碎(图6),连同2大匙葱花放入面里(图7),再拌匀就可以了。
