剁椒松花蛋拌豆腐

用料:
1:内脂豆腐1盒300克。
2:松花蛋一个。
3:香油2茶匙,辣油2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,镇江香醋2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙。
4:菜油或橄榄油1大匙,姜末1茶匙,蒜末1大匙,葱花2茶匙,剁椒1大匙,水2.5大匙。
做法:
豆腐放盘里,泌去汁水,用切0.4厘米厚片。松花蛋去皮洗净切小丁放小碗里(图B)。小号不沾锅加橄榄油1大匙,置炉上开中火,放入姜末,蒜末,葱花和剁椒炒香(图B),放入水2.5大匙(图D),水滚熄火。将汁倒入盛松花蛋的小碗里,再放入所有2料拌匀成汁(图D)。
剁椒松花蛋汁均匀浇在豆腐上即可。味道很棒噢。
