This is a quick and easy, tasty dish. It goes well with rice.

Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Stand time: 20 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 100g pork tenderloin, 1/6 tsp salt, 2 tsp corn starch, 1 tbsp water;
2) 600g flat beans;
3) 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp sliced ginger;
4) 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Yummy House soy sauce, 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce, 2/3 cup water, ½ tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp salt, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Slice pork tenderloin then cut into shreds. Rub on the rest of ingredients of Ingredient 1) for 1-2 minutes then set aside for 20 minutes (Picture 1). It will taste better if the pork meat is marinated overnight. Cut flat beans into 1-inch long pieces (Picture 2).
2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the pork shreds until outside turns white (Picture 3). Transfer cooked pork shreds onto a plate.

3: Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same non-stick pan. Sauté the chopped green onion and sliced ginger for one minute (Picture 4). Add flat beans, stir and sauté for a minute (Picture 5). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 6), reduce heat to medium. Stir and cook for 7-8 minutes, until beans become fully cooked and soft.
4: Put back cooked pork shreds and 1 tsp sesame oil. Stir and cook for another minute, then transfer to a serving plate.
