【香煎小里脊】

香煎小里脊简单易做,大人孩子都很喜欢。这个菜在毛毛妈家的餐桌上每周都要出现一次。

用料:
1:1:猪小里脊肉(Pork tenderloin)一条(650克);
2:蒜瓣3粒切碎, 万字牌生抽酱油1/4杯,盐1/2茶匙,糖1茶匙,香油2茶匙,水1杯;
3:面粉1/2杯;
4:橄榄油或其他素菜油4大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、猪里脊肉切1厘米厚的片,将2料放在容器里拌匀,放入肉片,盖上盖放冰箱过夜。
2、不粘锅置炉上开大中火,放入4料里的油。取一塑料袋,倒进面粉,将腌好的里脊肉片抖掉多余的汁,放入面粉袋中,封紧袋口抖几下。
3、将裹上粉的里脊肉片抖掉多余的粉后,放入煎锅煎成两面黄,就可上桌啦。
