【Mini Cucumber and Brown Tomato Salad】

Ingredients:
1) 4 mini cucumbers;
2) 2 brown tomatoes;
3) 1/3 tsp salt;
4) 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
1: Peel off the skin of cucumbers, rinse with water then cut cucumber into small pieces (about 1 cm) (Picture 1). Rinse the tomatoes with water and cut into small pieces (Picture 2).
2: Place the diced cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle 1/3 tsp salt. Mix with a spoon and let it stand for 10 minutes (Picture 3). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4)-5), mix well.

3: Add diced tomatoes (Picture 4), gentle toss (Picture 5). Serve immediately.
