肉末四季豆

简单下饭菜。
用料:
1:瘦猪肉馅100克(Costco买的,extra lean ground pork)。
2:绍酒2茶匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,生粉1大匙,水2大匙。
3:四季豆300克,去头尾,洗净沥水切小粒。
4:水3大匙,万牌生抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,金兰酱油膏1大匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙。
5:橄榄油3大匙,豆豉1大匙,切碎,蒜蓉1大匙,姜末2茶匙。
6:红尖辣椒15克,切小圈。
做法::
将猪肉馅加2拌匀(图A),腌15分钟。不沾锅,加橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开大中火。放入猪肉馅边翻炒边用勺将肉馅压散(图B),炒至肉馅变白盛出。
原锅置炉上开大中火,加油1大匙炒香豆豉,姜末和蒜蓉炒香(图C),放入四季豆粒翻炒几下(图D),接着放入所有4料(图E),调中火炒几分钟。然后到入炒好的肉馅(图F),调大火,再放入辣椒粒(图G),炒到汁干出锅。
