萝卜烧牛肉

用料:
1:牛腱肉1000克,洗净沥水切块。
2:白萝卜900克,去皮洗净沥水滚刀切块。
3:绍酒2大匙,金兰老抽酱油3大匙,生抽酱油2大匙,水2杯,糖1大匙,盐1/2茶匙。
4:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱1根切段,姜切片4片,八角一大粒,丁香3粒。
做法:
不沾锅,加橄榄油1.5大匙,置炉上开大火,放入牛肉块 (图A)翻炒至水干,肉散出些焦香味。加葱段,炒香,姜片,八角一大粒,丁香3粒翻炒几下(图B),依次加入3料,煮滚(图C)。调小火焖煮1小时10分钟,然后放入萝卜块(图D)再煮30分钟,间中翻翻。调中火收汁即可出锅。
