蛏子干烧排骨

用料:
1:小排骨600克,开水中烫2分钟,洗净,切条备用。
2:料酒1大匙,水1.5杯,糖2茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,金兰老抽酱油2大匙。
3:葱2根切段,姜切片3片。
4:菜籽油2大匙,糖2大匙。
5:蛏子干25粒,水泡软后,洗净备用。
做法:
炒锅内放菜籽油2大匙,置炉上开大火,加入糖2大匙翻炒至糖熔化起泡,放下排骨翻炒出香味。接着加葱段和姜片炒香,一次加入2料煮至滚。开小火焖煮45分钟,然后放入蛏子干再焖煮15分钟,开中火收汁即可。
