酱扒素鸡

用料:
1:素鸡一条400克(图1),洗净切薄片;
2:绍酒1大匙,金兰老抽酱油1.5大匙,盐1/3茶匙,糖1.5茶匙,鸡汤3/4杯;
3:鸡精1/3 茶匙,香油2茶匙;
4:橄榄油1大匙,葱1条切段,姜片5片,八角1粒,甜面酱1.5大匙。
注:1 大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1. 不粘锅置炉上开大火,开中火放入葱段,姜片,八角和甜面酱炒香(图2)。
2. 放素鸡片翻炒几下,加2料煮滚(图3),调小火焖煮5分钟。
3. 接着调中火收汁,加3料兜匀出锅。
