【Bean Paste Cauliflower Stirfry】

A tasty Chinese cauliflower dish.

Serves: 5
Ingredients:
1) 550g Chinese cauliflower;
2) 2 shallot (85g), 1 Chinese sausage;
3) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic;
4) 1 tbsp  chill bean paste ;
5: 1/3 tsp salt, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix.
Directions:
1: Wash cauliflower and cut into small pieces (Picture 1).
2: Remove skin of shallots, rinse with cold water, then chop into small pieces. Slice Chinese sausage, set aside.

3: A frying pan on high heat, add 1.5 tbsp cooking oil, sauté sliced shallot, chopped green onion minced garlic, and sliced sausage (Picture2) for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp chill bean paste sauté for another 20 seconds.
4: Add cauliflower, sauté for about 2-3 min (Picture 3). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 5), stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until cauliflower is just cooked (Picture 4). Transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
