【Braised chicken in vinegar soy sauce】

Ingredients:
1) 10 chicken drumsticks about 1250g;
2) 1.5 tbsp Avocado oil, 2 stalks green onion chopped into 2.5 cm long pieces, small piece ginger sliced;
3) 1 tbsp dark Chinese vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy souce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp salt, 1/2 cup water;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Wash and pat dry chicken drumsticks, cut into 2.5cm pieces set aside. Plugin the Ropot, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 1.5 tbsp oil, chopped green onions and sliced ginger (Picture 1). Then add chicken pieces (Picture 2), close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, program starts automically.
2: When the program ends, open the lid from side, add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 3). Close the lid, press Function to select Braise function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press + sign and increase time to 20 minutes, program starts. (Picture 4).

3: When the program ends, open the lid from side (Picture 5), add 1 tsp sesame oil. Close the lid, press Function to select Manual function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press + sign and increase time to 6minutes, program starts. During the manual cooking, every 2-3 minutes, press Stir function for 5 seconds then press Stir to stop.
4: When the program ends, open the lid from side (Picture 6), transfer the cooked chicken to a serving bowl, serve immediately over steamed rice. Yummy!!
