【AirGo-Five spice bean curd and mushroom】

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package five spice bean curd (350g);
2) 10g dried black Chinese fungus (or black wood ears);
3) 1 package snow white mushroom (150g);
4) 1 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1.5 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp hot chilli sauce;
5) 1/6 tsp ground white pepper, 1.5 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, ½ cup water;
6) ½ tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Ahead of time, soak dried black fungus in warm water for half hour (Picture 1), rinse with water and drain. A sauce pot on high heat, add 1 cup cold water and black fungus (Picture 2), cover with the lid and bring to boil, cook for 10-15 min. Drain black fungus and set aside. Remove roots of snow white mushrooms, rinse with water and drain. Rinse five spice bean curd and cut into 2 mm think slices.
2. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, add 1 tbsp olive oil and the rest of ingredients of Ingredient 4), close the lid. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 3 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, add sliced bean curd, stir a few times (Picture 4), close the lid and let the program finish.

3: After “Air Fryer” program finished, use “Function” to select the “Base heat” program, set temperature to 400F and time to 12 min. press “start” to initiate the program. Open the lid, add cooked black fungus (Picture 5), snow white mushroom and all ingredients of Ingredient 5) (Picture 6), close the lid and let the program continue.
4: Stir occasionally, when the program ends, open the lid (Picture 8), add ½ tsp sesame oil and stir to mix. Transfer cooked five spice bean curd and mushroom to a serving plate and serve warm.
