【AirGo-Roasted asparagus in garlic and black pepper sauce】

Ingredients:
1) 1 package asparagus (1000g, thick ones are the best);
2) 4 cloves garlic minced;
3) 1 tbsp olive oil,
4) ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper, ½ tsp salt,
5) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix (optional).
Directions:
1: Peel of the skin of asparagus (Picture 1) and remove roots, rinse and cut each into 1 inch long pieces (Picture 2).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, add 1 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic, close the lid. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 5 min. press “start” to initiate the program.

3: After preheat, open the lid, and add asparagus, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper, stir a few time (Picture 4), close the lid and let the program continue.
4: After cooking about 3-4 minutes, open the lid, add 1 tbsp premium soy sauce and 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, stir a few time, close the lid and let the program to finish..
5: When the program ends, open the lid, transfer cooked asparagus to a serving plate and serve warm.
