According to my research, after a in foreclosure process home is sold at an auction, it is common for that borrower to still have a remaining unpaid debt on the personal loan. There are many creditors who attempt to have all service fees and liens paid back by the subsequent buyer. Nevertheless, depending on certain programs, regulations, and state laws there may be quite a few loans that aren’t easily solved through the transfer of lending products. Therefore, the obligation still rests on the customer that has had his or her property in foreclosure process. Thank you sharing your ideas on this web site.
