One thing I’ve noticed is the fact that there are plenty of myths regarding the lenders intentions when talking about foreclosures. One misconception in particular is that often the bank wishes to have your house. The lending company wants your dollars, not the house. They want the money they gave you having interest. Averting the bank is only going to draw a new foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your publication.
