【Braised potatoes in Soybean Paste】

You should try this all vegetable dish, amazingly good.

Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 3 servings
Ingredients:
1) 12 small potatoes (320g);
2) 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2-3 slices of ginger, 1 tbsp chili bean paste;
3) 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix;
4) 1/2 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp dark vinegar.
Directions:
1: Peel off potato skin (Picture 1), rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. (You can leave the skin on if you prefer). Cut into think slices (Picture 2).
2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat, sauté chopped green onion, sliced ginger and chilli bean paste for 30 seconds (Picture 3). Then add sliced potatoes, stir and cook for 1 minute (Picture 4).

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) and bring to a boil, cover with lid and simmer for a few minutes at medium-low heat (Picture 5), stir occasionally.
4: Remove the lid and continue cook on medium-high heat until the sauce is reduced down to about 1 tablespoon (Picture 6). Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil and ½ tsp dark vinegar, stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.

One thing I have actually noticed is the fact there are plenty of beliefs regarding the banking institutions intentions if talking about home foreclosure. One myth in particular would be the fact the bank prefers to have your house. The bank wants your money, not your own home. They want the funds they lent you together with interest.
