【Garlic Shrimp Skewers 】
by MaomaoMom
I used medium sized frozen deveined white shrimp for this dish. The shrimps are very tender and delicious in just 6 minutes. Maomao ate three skewers.

Meal type: Seafood
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Stand time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 6 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package peeled and deveined frozen white shrimp (400g);
2) ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp fresh minced garlic, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/3 tsp sugar;
3) ¾ tsp paprika, 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds, 2 tsp chopped green onion;
4) 8 skewers.
Directions:
1: Thaw the frozen shrimp in fridge in the morning. Rinse shrimps under cold water and drain well. Combine shrimps with all ingredients of Ingredient 2) in a bowl (Picture 1), mix well and set aside for 20 minutes (Picture 2).
2: Drain and discard marinate. If metal skewers are used, lightly spray them with PAM. Thread shrimp onto skewers (about 7 per skewer), and place the skewers on parchment paper lined baking sheet (Picture 3). Sprinkle with paprika, roasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

3: Preheat oven to 420F. Bake for 6 minutes (Picture 3) until shrimp turn pink. Do not over bake.
4: Serve shrimp skewers over rice or Spaghetti in Balsamic and Scallion Sauce.

Hey There. I found your blog using msn. This is a very well written article. I’ll make sure to bookmark it and come back to read more of your useful information. Thanks for the post. I’ll certainly comeback.
This design is incredible! You most certainly know how to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
Thanks for your post. I would also love to say that a health insurance brokerage also works best for the benefit of the particular coordinators of your group insurance policy. The health insurance broker is given a directory of benefits sought by an individual or a group coordinator. What a broker may is seek out individuals or maybe coordinators which best match up those needs. Then he reveals his advice and if all sides agree, the particular broker formulates a legal contract between the 2 parties.
Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
