【Green pepper and beancurd stir fry】

For this simple and delicious dish, you should use a bit hot green peppers. This is a simple, quick and very healthy dish.

Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package bean curd 400g;
2) 2 medium hot green peppers (130g);
3) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic;
4) 2 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil .
Directions:
1: Remove seeds of green peppers, rinse with water and then cut into thin slices (Picture 1). For the best tast, use this kind of bean curd (Picture 2). Rinse bean curd under cold water and pat dry. Cut into thin slices (Picture 3), set aside.
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat, add chopped green onion and minced garlic satue for 1 minute (Picture 4). Add sliced beancurd and green pepper, stir and cook for 30 seconds (Picture 5).

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4), continue stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes until sliced green pepper just cooked.
4: Add 1 tsp sesame oil , stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
