Instant Oatmeal

Today’s life is busy. But breakfast is one of most important meal of a day. This Instant oatmeal you can make a batch during the weekend and store in air tight container. In the work moring, just take some ground power and pour in some boiling water. Immediately, you can enjoy very tasty and nutricious oatmeal for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1: 1C roasted black sesame seeds;
2: 1C roasted almonds;
3: 4C oats;
4: Honey and boiling water;
Prepare Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 16 servings
Cooking directions:
1: Blend sesame seeds by a blender to power and store sesame powder in an airtight jar. Similar blend roasted almonds and store in an airtight jar.
2: In a large deep sauté pan, medium and low heat, add in oats, stir and cook until oats slightly golden, cool.

3: Divide oats into three parts and blend to power, combine and store in an an airtight jar.
4: In a small bowl, add 2T ground sesame seeds, 2T ground almonds, 4T ground oats and 1T honey, add 160 ml boiling water, stir until oatmeal reaching constancy. Enjoy it.
