【Mushrooms in Hot Garlic Sauce – Yu Xiang mushrooms】
by MaomaoMom
Yu Xiang is one of most well-known sauces used in Sichuan cuisine. Yu Xiang, literally “fish fragrance”, refers to the sweet, sour and spicy sauce in which meat or vegetables are cooked. This Sichuan classic doesn’t actually contain fish. Instead, its seasoning mixture replicates the traditional flavouring for Sichuan fish dishes, and is prepared using ginger and garlic with sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili peppers.

Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

Do you know any methods to help stop content from being stolen? I’d definitely appreciate it.

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on various websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be really appreciated!
