【Pan fried chicken thighs】
MaomaoMom
I used organic chicken thighs from CostCo to make this dish. Very easy but delicious, meat is tender inside and crispy outside. It has become my family favorite dish.

Cook time: 12 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 650g organic chicken thighs (9 pieces);
2) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guilin style chill bean sauce, 1 small piece chili fermented bean curd+1tsp its sauce, ½ tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, ¼ tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn, 1 tsp sesame oil;
3) ¾ cup whole wheat flour;
4) 3 tbsp olive oil or other cooking oil.
Directions:
1. Remove veins from chicken thighs, rinse and drain. Place them in a bowl, I used these fermented bean curd and chili sauce (Picture 1), add all ingredients of Ingredient 2), mix well (Picture 2) and set aside for 20 minutes.
2. Add 2/3 cup whole wheat flour to marinated chicken thighs (Picture 3), gentle mix to coat chicken thighs with flour (Picture 4). Shake off excess flour.

3: Heat a non-stick pan on medium low heat (3-4) for a couple of minutes, add 2 tbsp oil, then arrange chicken pieces in the pan (Picture 5). Pan fry for 5-6 minutes until one side is golden brown.
4: Turn over (Picture 6), add another 1 tbsp oil, cook the other side to golden brown about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.

Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any suggestions for inexperienced blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
After study a few of the blog posts on your website now, and I truly like your way of blogging. I bookmarked it to my bookmark website list and will be checking back soon. Pls check out my web site as well and let me know what you think.
This design is steller! You most certainly know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Fantastic job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
In the great design of things you actually receive a B+ with regard to effort and hard work. Exactly where you lost me was on all the details. As it is said, details make or break the argument.. And it couldn’t be much more correct here. Having said that, permit me say to you what did give good results. The authoring is definitely incredibly powerful and that is possibly the reason why I am making the effort to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. 2nd, although I can see the jumps in reasoning you come up with, I am not convinced of how you seem to connect your points which inturn make the final result. For right now I will, no doubt subscribe to your position however wish in the foreseeable future you link your dots much better.
