Ingredients:
1) Pork loin 375g;
2) 1 large hot green pepper (100g);
3) 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce; 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp cold water, 1 tbsp corn starch;
4) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic;
5) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/8 tsp white ground pepper;
6) 1 tsp sesame oil .
Directions:
1: Cut pork loin into thin (about 1 mm) slices (Picture 1). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 2) and massage the meat with your fingers for 5 minutes (Picture 3), set aside. It tastes tender if the pork meat is marinated overnight in fridge. Remove seeds of green peppers, rinse with water and then cut into thin slices (Picture 4).
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat, add chopped green onion and minced garlic satue for 1 minute (Picture 5). Add sliced meat, stir and cook for 30 seconds (Picture 6).
3: Add sliced green pepper, stir and cook for a minute (Picture 7), add all ingredients of Ingredient 5), stir to mix until sliced green pepper just cooked.
4: Add 1 tsp sesame oil , stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
