【Roasted Pecans】
by MaomaoMom
My family loves all kinds of snacks! You can find roasted peanuts and cashew, dried fruits, sesame snaps, chocolates, and many other snacks in our kitchen cupboards. We used to buy roasted mini-walnuts every time we visited China. Recently, we found that Costco’s pecan halves can be roasted and they have a similar taste to Chinese mini-walnuts that we love. I made these roasted pecans for our dinner guests. These roasted pecans disappeared quickly.

Meal type: Appetizer
Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 12 servings
Ingredients:
1) Half package of Costco’s Kirkland Signature Pecan Halves 454g;
2) 3/4 tsp salt;
3) 1/2-2/3 tsp Chinese five-spice powder.
Directions:
1: Place pecan in a large bowl, then fill with 5 cups of boiling water to cover pecans (Picture 1). Soak for 15 seconds then drain well (Picture 2).
2: Sprinkle salt and Chinese five-spice powder on top, and toss to coat pecans evenly (Picture 3).

3: Preheat oven to 330F. Line a large 13×18 baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out pecans on the baking sheet (Picture 4).
4: Bake at 330F for 20 minutes. Take out and stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon to prevent overheat at certain spots. Spread out evenly again. Bake for another 4 minutes until inside of pecans turns light brown. Turn off the oven and let baked pecans stay in the oven for two more minutes.
5: Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Store them in airtight containers in fridge. You now can enjoy a handful of roasted pecans every day.

The very crux of your writing while sounding reasonable at first, did not sit well with me personally after some time. Somewhere within the paragraphs you actually were able to make me a believer but just for a very short while. I however have a problem with your leaps in assumptions and you might do nicely to fill in those gaps. In the event you actually can accomplish that, I will surely end up being fascinated.
