In accordance with my research, after a the foreclosure home is sold at a sale, it is common for that borrower in order to still have a remaining unpaid debt on the loan. There are many loan providers who attempt to have all fees and liens paid back by the future buyer. Even so, depending on specific programs, polices, and state laws and regulations there may be some loans which are not easily solved through the exchange of loans. Therefore, the obligation still rests on the debtor that has acquired his or her property foreclosed on. Thank you for sharing your ideas on this blog site.
