XO酱锅塌豆腐

用料
1:豆腐3块425克,切大丁,均匀撒上盐1/4茶匙腌30分钟。
2:鸡蛋3只,加盐3/4茶匙,白胡椒1/4茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙,水1大匙打散备用。
3:葱花1大匙,李锦记XO酱1大匙,水1大匙,香油1大匙。
4:橄榄油2大匙。
做法:
不粘煎锅置炉上开大中火,内放橄榄油2大匙,将打散的蛋汁放入豆腐丁里轻轻拌匀,到入锅里煎至蛋汁凝固一面微黄,翻转一面,接着放入所有3料兜炒匀,即可起锅装盘。
