【Green pepper and tomato stir fry】

The green pepper and tomato used in this dish are from my friend’s garden and my own garden. It is a simple and fresh dish, you will like it.

Meal type: vegetable
Prepare time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 3 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 medium green peppers (90g);
2) 6 small tomatos (250g);
3) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
4) 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix.
Directions:
1: Here are tomatoes from my garden (Picture 1) and green peppers from my friend’s garden (Picture 2). Remove seeds of green peppers, rinse with water and then cut into thin slices (Picture 3). Rinse tomatoes and cut into 3 mm thick slices (Picture 4), set aside.
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat, add chopped green onion and satue for 1 minute (Picture 5). Add sliced tomatoes and green pepper, stir and cook for 30 seconds (Picture 6).

3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4), continue stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes until all vegetables just cooked.
4: Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
