【Head-on Shrimp stir fry】

Recently, we found that CostCo’s head-on shrimps are very fresh. Just simple stir fry, taste delicious.

Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1) Head-on shrimps 1200g;
2) 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 green onion root removed, washed and chopped into 1 in pieces, 10 g ginger sliced, 3-4 clove garlic crushed;
3) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, ¼ tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp Monk fruit sugar, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt.;
4) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Cut off the eyes part, cut the sharp spine above the prawn head and cut off legs. Then cut back open and devein, wish and drain (Picture 1). Prepared green onion, ginger and garlic (Picture 2).
2: Non-stick sauté pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, sauté chopped green onion, sliced ginger and crushed garlic (Picture 3) for 30 seconds.

3: Add shrimps, sauté for 2 minutes (Picture 4), then add all ingredients of Ingredient 3), continue stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until shrimps turn red and just cooked.
4: Add ½ tsp sesame oil, stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
