by MaomaoMom
Since last time MaomaoDad bought a bag of jumbo shrimp at Costco, we now always have a bag of this shrimp in our freeze. I made this quick dish for dinner today. Although it is a bit spicy, but it did not prevent Maomao mooching on them.

Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 bag frozen deveined jumbo shrimp 680g;
2) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1.5 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp spicy soy bean paste, 2 tsp soybean past;
3) 1 tbsp cooking wine, ½ tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp ground white peper, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
1: Deforst shrimps in cold water, rinse with cold water, drain, pat dry and set aside (Picture 1).

Hello there! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Thank you
