One thing I’ve noticed is there are plenty of myths regarding the banking institutions intentions whenever talking about foreclosure. One fable in particular is that often the bank prefers to have your house. The lender wants your hard earned money, not the home. They want the money they loaned you with interest. Avoiding the bank will simply draw some sort of foreclosed final result. Thanks for your publication.
