Dates are high in fiber, low in fat, high in simple carbohydrates, and they don’t contain cholesterol. This Saturaday moring I made this Taro puree with DJ13U-D08SG Soy Machine for breakfast, of course with a few dates in. You got to try this puree recipe, not only for its yummy taste but all health benefits.

I believe that avoiding prepared foods may be the first step to lose weight. They could taste great, but refined foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more in order to have enough vitality to get throughout the day. If you are constantly consuming these foods, moving over to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more vigor while ingesting less. Great blog post.
