【Walnuts and Sweet Rice Puree】
by MaomaoMom
I always keep a bag of walnuts and a box of dried dates at home. These two have lots health benefits. Walnuts are rich source of energy and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health. Dates are high in fiber, low in fat, high in simple carbohydrates, and they don’t contain cholesterol. This Walnuts and Sweet Rice Puree has been around for hundreds of years, originally enjoyed by emperors and empresses inside the Forbidden City.

Excellent read, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch because I found it for him smile Therefore let me rephrase that: Thank you for lunch! “Curiosity will conquer fear even more than bravery will.” by James Stephens.
