I love CostCo’s organic chicken breast, just a simple stir fry, you can make this delicious dish.

Cook time: 6 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 5 servings
Ingredients:
1) 525g organic chicken breasts, 1/3 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp corn starch;
2) 2 Shallots (110g), 4 green onion;
3) 2 tsp olive oil or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guizhou style black bean sauce;
4) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce;
5) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken breast with water and drain. Remove white membrane from chicken breast and cut into 0.8 cm cubes (Picture1). Massage the chicken pieces for 1-2 minutes to tenderize them. Add 1/3 tsp salt and 2 tsp corn starch (Picture2), mix well (Picture3).

This blog is definitely rather handy since I’m at the moment creating an internet floral website – although I am only starting out therefore it’s really fairly small, nothing like this site. Can link to a few of the posts here as they are quite. Thanks much. Zoey Olsen
