【Baby Potato Pork Stir Fry】

Serves: 4 serving
Ingredients:
1) 1.5 slices of pork centre loin 200g;
2) 1 tsp corn starch, 1/3 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cold water;
3) 10 baby potatoes (350g);
4) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp freshly minced garlic;
5) 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tsbp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp sweet flour paste, 1 tbsp sweet flour paste, 1 tbsp chill bean paste;
6) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Remove white membrane on pork loin, rinse with water and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) and massage the meat with your fingers for 2-3 minutes (Picture 1), set aside.
2: Peel off potato skin, rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. (You can leave the skin on if you prefer). Cut each potato in 2 equal portions lengthwise then cut into 3 equal-size cubes (Picture 2).

3: Plugin the Ropot, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 1.5 tbsp oil and diced potatoes (Picture 3), close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press + sign and increase time to 9 minutes, program starts automatically.
4: When it is done, open the lid (Picture 4), add chopped green onion, garlic, diced pork and all ingredients of Ingredient 5) (Picture 5). Press Function to select Stirfry, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 2.5 minutes, program starts automatically.
6: When it is done, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil (Picture 6) and press “Toss” to mix. Transfer the cooked potatoes and pork to a serving plate before serving. Yummy!!
