Ingredients:
1) 12-14 organic chicken drumsticks;
2) 1.5 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1 small piece fermented chili bean curd and 2 tsp sauce;
3) 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce , 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 2/3 tsp salt, ¼ tsp thirteen ground Chinese ground spice oil, 1tbsp dark brown sugar;
4) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken drumsticks under water and pat dry. Place chicken drumsticks and all ingredients of Ingredient 2) to 4) in a Ziploc bag.
