【香烤鸡腿】

今天用了爱锅的烤箱的功能做了这个香烤鸡腿，非常好。锅预热很快，温度均匀，比用大烤箱方便多拉。想购买点AirGo爱锅，用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。
用料:
1：有机鸡小腿一包（12-14根）；
2：蒜蓉1.5大匙，麻油红腐乳1小块（我这次用的是台湾状元牌的）加2茶匙汁；
3：老头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽酱油2大匙，盐2/3茶匙，¼ tsp 十三香粉 1/4茶匙，1大匙头抽酱油，1大匙红糖；
4：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡小腿洗干净沥水，将所有2料3料放一大塑料袋里，拌匀，放入鸡腿，袋子封口，摇晃几下以混合均匀（图1），放入冰箱冷藏腌48小时，每12小时翻转一面。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Oven”调整温度到400F时间设置32分钟，然后点“Start”预热。预热后铺上烤盘纸，放入腌好的鸡腿，盖上锅盖（图2），程序自动进行。
3、烤到15分钟时或等到提醒翻转时，打开锅盖（图3）将鸡腿翻转一面，盖上盖继续（图4）烤到程序结束。
4、将鸡腿装盘即可上桌了。
