【AirGo-Winter melon and white mushroom】

Serves: 5 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1100 g winter melon;
2) 1 package small dried Chinesewhite crad mushroom (150g);
3) 1 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 tbsp fresh chopped green onion, 1.5 tsp miced garlic, 1.5 tbsp dry tiny shrimps;
4) 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, ¼ tsp white ground pepper, 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp chichen broth mix;
5). ½ tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Peel off skin of winter melon and remove seeds, dice into 3x3x0.3 cm pieces (Picture 1). Cut off roots of mushroom, rinse and drain, set aside (Picture 2).
2. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, add 1 tbsp oil and rest of ingredients of Ingredient 2), mix well (Picture 3), close the lid. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 12 min. press “start”” to initiate the program.

3: After preheat, open the lid, add sliced winter melon to the pot and stir a few times (Picture 4). Close the lid, and let the program continue.
4: When program progressed 5 minutes, open the lid and add mushrooms and all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 5) stir a few times. Close the lid, and let the program continue.
5: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 6). Add ½ tsp sesame oil, stir to mix. Transfer cooked winter melon to a serving bowl, and serve warm.
