【素炒面】

今天做了这个素炒面也非常好吃，亲们试试。
用料:
1：真空包装蛋炒面一袋454克（图5）；
2：头抽酱油 1大匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，橄榄油1大匙；
3：干香菇15粒，水中泡软洗净待用；
4：胡萝卜2小根200克，小白菜400克，绿豆芽350克；
5：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，姜丝1茶匙，朝天辣椒1个切粒；
6：盐1茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙；
7：香油2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、香菇提请冷水泡软，洗净切丝。小白菜分成一叶叶，洗净待用，胡萝卜去皮切丝，豆芽摘掉跟洗净待用。大煮锅放10杯水置炉上，开大火煮滚后，加入炒面，将面条搅散。转大中火煮1分钟（图1），沥干水后，放入所有2了料（图2）拌匀。
2、将面条转入不粘锅里，置炉上开大中火，两面煎至微黄（图3），盛出保温待用。
3、原不粘锅放1大匙橄榄油，开大火，炒香剩余5料里（图4），下胡萝卜丝和香菇丝翻炒片刻（图5），依次放入6料再炒1-2分钟，然后放入小白菜，炒至菜断生（图6）。
4、倒入豆芽（图5），翻炒1分钟，关火后放入煎好的面条和2茶匙香油（图8），拌炒均与即可。
