【AirGo-干贝比利时菊苣】

1: 比利时菊苣(Belgian endive) 450克;
2: 干贝20粒用;
3: 橄榄油1大匙,葱花1.5大匙,蒜末2大匙, 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱1大匙;
4:头抽酱油1.5大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 白胡椒粉1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙, 水1/4杯;
5:香油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、比利时菊苣,冲洗下沥水, 对半切开, 每半再切3-4等份待用(图1). 干贝提前冷水泡发待用(图2).
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择400F及6分钟,点“Start”. 盖上锅盖。预热结束, 打开锅盖, 放入比利时菊苣(图3)铺均匀,盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行。

3、程序继续4分钟后, 打开锅盖翻炒几下。盖上锅盖, 等程序继续完成,盛出比利时菊苣待用.
4、用“Function”选“Base heat”然后选择400F及6分钟, 放入橄榄油1大匙,葱花1.5大匙,蒜末2大匙, 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱1大匙及干贝(图4), 翻炒几下, 盖上盖煎1分钟。
5、然后放入所有4料, 盖盖煮3-4分钟, 然后放入之前的比利时菊苣(图5), 翻炒几下, 再
放1/2茶匙香油(图6),拌匀即可盛出上桌。
