【Baked salmon with green onion】
by MaomaoMom
Today I would like to share my family’s favourite salmon recipe. The trick for making this delicious dish is to buy the salmon fillet lined with lots marble fat, and not to overcook it.

Prepare time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 12-13 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 5 servings
Ingredients:
1) 600g skinless salmon fillet, center cut;
2) ½ tsp salt;
3) 1/4 tsp freshly ground blackpepper;
4) 1 tbsp packed brown sugar;
5) 1 tbsp light soy sauce;
6) 1tbsp freshly chopped green onion.
Directions:
1: Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with papertowel. Place in a large glass baking dish (Picture 1) sprayed with Pam (optional). Season with salt, ground blackpepper (Picture 2), brown sugar (Picture 3) and drizzle with 1 tbsp light soy sauce (Picture 4).
2: Sprinkle chopped green onion on top (Picture 5) and let stand for 10 minutes.

3: Preheat oven to 425F/220C and bake for 12-13 minutes, uncovered. Fish is just cooked through when easily flaked with a fork.
4: Serve immediately with steam rice.
