【AirGo-糖醋三文鱼丸】

1: 三文鱼柳480克;
2: 葱两根, 红葱头1个(40克);
3: 特大鸡蛋1个, 十三香粉1/4茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙, 盐3/4茶匙, 香油1茶匙， 1大匙头抽酱油。
4: 糖醋汁: 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 老抽酱油1大匙, 意大利葡萄醋1.5大匙, 罗汉果糖1.5大匙, 1茶匙玉米淀粉，水6大匙;
5: 橄榄油2茶匙，葱花1.5大匙;
6: 香油1/2茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、三文鱼切小丁然后斩碎(图1), 放入一盆里. 葱去根洗净切葱花, 红葱头去皮冲洗后切小粒放入三文鱼蓉里。 加所有3料, 用勺子拌均匀待用(图2).
2、将所有4料放一小碗里搅拌均匀待用(图3). 一大张烤盘纸刷上1茶匙油，用一小汤勺先沾下水，舀出大约1.5大匙馅，右手持勺，与左手掌配合，搓成直径2.5厘米的丸子放在烤盘纸上(图3)，依次做好所有丸子。
3、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择410F及6分钟，点“Start”. 盖上锅盖。预热结束, 打开锅盖, 将丸子连同烤盘纸放入锅内(图4)，盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行(图5)。
4、程序继续完成后，打开盖子(图6)，将丸子连同烤盘纸拿出来. 用“Function”选“Base heat”然后选择400F及6分钟, 放入橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，翻炒几下. 然后放入4料拌匀的糖醋汁，煮4-5分钟中间搅拌几次(图7).
5、然后放入三文鱼丸 (图8)及1/2茶匙香油，轻轻拌匀让丸子均匀沾上糖醋汁，即可盛出上桌。
